Dietary Technician 0.6 FTE Day

Dietary Technician at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is a 0.6 FTE part time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift.

The Infant Nutrition Technician (INT) is responsible for the preparation and delivery of infant and pediatric enteral formula and breast milk preparations. The INT reviews feeding plans and medical orders to address the specific nutritional needs of each infant for accurate preparation of feedings. Preparations and techniques must adhere to all sanitary regulations, regulatory agencies standards, and the health care facility guidelines.

Required Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree in Nutrition or Healthcare.
• 1 year work experience in the healthcare field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
