About the role
cFocus Software seeks an IT Program Manager to join our program supporting the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). This position is on-site in Washington, DC. This position requires active Public Trust clearance.

- 10+ years of Cybersecurity Experience
- 10+ years of IT Program Management Experience specifically supporting Cybersecurity Programs
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Field
- Active CISSP, CASP+, CySA+ and Security+CE Certification
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Duties:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program and overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional IT project-oriented work efforts.
- Develop the program strategy, supporting business case, and various program plans.
- Ensures integration of project and adjusts scope, timing, and budget as needed.
- Establishes and implements IT program management processes and methodologies to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting program plans and/or resources.
- Delivers presentations and leads client meetings
