What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily operations in the pit and primary areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain optimal performance.

• Support and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies.

• Train and guide team members to build capability and ensure task readiness.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and improve operations.

• Strong understanding of quarry operations, equipment, and safety practices.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in real time.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching required.

• Must be able to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas.
