Attendant, Gas Station Maintenance

Overview

The Gas Station Maintenance Attendant performs duties associated with attending to and maintaining the inside and outside areas of the General Store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines.• Maintain a positive and professional attitude as well as a professional appearance at all times.• Cleans debris from sidewalks and General Store entrance areas.• Empty trash receptacles and recycle receptacles.• Cleans and maintains picnic area, car washes, gas islands, gas pumps and kitchen.• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, dusts, polish and vacuums all areas of the General Store.• Cleans and maintains restrooms and restocks supplies as needed.• Cleans and maintains equipment, shelving and merchandise.• Cleans windows and mirrors.• Stocks merchandise as required.• Pickup and replace mats and or rugs.• Perform Bio-hazard clean ups.• Remove gum from the carpet, tile, bottom of tables and chairs.• Must immediately report any safety concerns to supervisor.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• No experience is required, though previous experience in a guest service relatedposition would be preferred.

Pay range: $18.00 - $23.40 per hour

*Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.

This is not a smoke free workplace.  Although we employ state-of-the-art air filtration systems, cigarette smoke is in the work environment.
