About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Partner Marketing to drive impactful marketing initiatives that support and strengthen our strategic partnerships. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create innovative marketing campaigns, drive co-marketing opportunities, and elevate brand visibility through partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner or channel marketing, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The base compensation range, not including bonus, for this role is: $120,000 - $160,000 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnership Strategy & Management:
    Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the goals of our key partners to drive mutual growth. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure marketing efforts are consistent, measurable, and impactful.
  • Co-Marketing Campaigns:
    Plan and implement integrated co-marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and email. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Partner Engagement & Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts. Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, including joint promotions, events, and content creation.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and generate insights that will improve future marketing strategies. Provide regular reports to leadership on campaign outcomes and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of partner marketing activities with business objectives and customer needs. Facilitate communication between internal and external teams to streamline processes and drive results.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and campaigns are executed within budget and on time.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8-10 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Data-driven with experience in analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
