Job Overview:
The Associate Client Compensation Consultant - Service is responsible for assisting with inbound calls as well as researching and resolving cases regarding compensation inquiries received via phone and email. This role partners closely with other teams within Client Compensation and related business units to research and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and supervising firm-wide, multi-department projects to build or enhance experience workflows related to the department.
- Proactively reviewing audit controls to mitigate risk, remove redundant requirements, and increase transparency with internal and external audit partners.
- Developing comprehensive training and coaching plans to quickly teach new employees across other departments the skills and processes they need to know about the department to be effective business partners.
- Regularly maintaining VIP business partner and advisor relationships to proactively assist with large scale projects and updates.
- Planning and championing initiatives that enhance the advisor experience and positively impact the broader LPL organization.
- Supporting teammates and the department on other compensation tasks and activities.

Requirements:
- 3+ years operations or comparable experience
Core Competencies:
- Organizational and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
Preferences:
- Processing forms and data entry experience (Oracle/ComRidge)
- Experience with Dynamics and Salesforce for case management
- Excel experience (Using pivot tables and vlookups)
- Experience managing a queue and mailbox (email) requests
- College degree preferred
Pay Range:
$22.53-$37.59/hourCompany Overview:
