Job Description

As a Security Guard - Auto Industry Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

As a Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for everyone on-site. You will conduct routine security-related patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management as required.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel and/or visitors to support a secure and welcoming environment.
• Follow instructions and procedures specific to the automotive industry environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Current certification in CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
