Your Opportunity
In-Store Operations is responsible for the management of all till operations and activities related to the use and operation of technological systems of the store in compliance with company regulations and procedures; ensures the correct and punctual performance of administrative tasks and actively contributes to CRM and customer service activities
Benefits Package:

How You Will Contribute
Sales (20%)
Provide high-level service to all customers (online and offline), maximizing every contact opportunity to promote the brand and product.
Proactively inform customers about brand loyalty programs to enrich and maximize the customer database.
Act as a Brand Ambassador to ensure alignment with the brand's image and style standards.
Build long-term customer relationships to strengthen the brand's image and prestige.
Operational Excellence (80%)
Manage cash transactions (payments, returns, vouchers, gift cards, credit notes) while adhering to company regulations, ensuring accurate monetary flow and customer satisfaction.
Oversee omni channel flows (e.g., Click&Collect, Seek&Send) within deadlines and guidelines.
Enhance omnichannel customer service by using technology to provide a 360° shopping experience and boost sales.
Support customer service activities as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Handle invoicing, petty cash, and bank payments efficiently and accurately.
Manage back-office and workflow activities in a timely manner.
Issue national and international sales invoices, including Tax-Free services, complying with local regulations.
Process payments via credit cards and bank transfers, ensuring proper checks.
Oversee stock activities according to company protocols to ensure efficiency.
Coordinate communications with headquarters, collaborating with store management to relay relevant information to staff promptly.
Train and support the team in procedures and operations.
Contribute to store maintenance and cleanliness to uphold the brand image.
Requirements
Who You Are:
Have 2 years of demonstrated experience in direct retail operations, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
Have at least 1-2 years of proven experience in cash operations
Fluent in English (speaking and writing), additional languages are a plus
Tech savvy and strong communication skills
Ensuring accuracy in transactions, stock handling, and reporting.
Being open to feedback, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Handling unexpected changes, such as high customer volume, new policies, or urgent tasks.
Prioritizing tasks effectively to manage time and complete tasks on schedule.
Keeping the workspace organized to maintain efficiency and productivity.
