Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health

We are looking for a PTA! Our PTAs are a crucial part in our excellent and multidisciplinary care for our patients. Help restore quality of life to your community.
Pay will be per visit and is open to negotiation, depending on experience! Training and education rate will $30/hour, and Revisit $60/per visit. Join our team in service Scottsdale, Phoenix and surrounding areas!
Coverage territory: Central Valley and West Valley

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate's degree in Science or Applied Science that is approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
• Current certification or license as required by state law.
• Possesses and maintains CPR certification
• A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
