(Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) SAP S/4HANA Production Planning / Detailed Scheduling

YOUR TASKS

As a (Senior) Consultant, you help shape modern production and planning processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment and guide our clients hands-on on their journey toward a digital supply chain

• Analyzing, modeling, and optimizing production and planning processes with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) 
• Developing integrated planning architectures from demand planning to shop floor control 
• Providing consulting support for the implementation, adaption, and enhancement of S/4HANA functionalities in production and resource planning 
• Contributing to migration projects (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid scenarios) and supporting the transformation process toward digital manufacturing 
• Collaborating closely with development teams to align technical concepts, ensure system integration, and assist through debugging or ABAP-related analyses 
• Designing end-to-end process solutions in interaction with modules such as MM, EWM, SD, and aATP 

YOUR TALENTS

• A degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on logistics or production, or a comparable technical qualification 
• At least three years of experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment with a focus on Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) 
• A deep understanding of production-related processes such as demand planning, sequence control, and manufacturing execution 
• Consulting isn’t new territory for you – or you’ve been working as an in-house consultant and are now ready to take the next step into a client-facing consulting environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, efficient SAP solutions 
• Solid technical understanding and knowledge of ABAP or a comparable programming language, ideally complemented by debugging experience 
• Fluency in English, along with a willingness to travel about 60% of the time
