Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon. 

This position will be on-site in Chandler, AZ.


Roles and responsibilities

  • People Operations US is the primary contact center for employees and managers in the US and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire operational processes.

  • Offer first-line support for employees and managers and are the face of HR operational day-to-day topics.

  • Provide self-service support, ensure accurate and effective transactions and prompt inquiry resolution. 

  • Safeguarding own knowledge & skills and updating knowledge database. 

Education and Experience

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or masters degree. 

  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, systems and policies.

  • Consulting agility & style flexibility to understand customer needs and deal with a broad range of customers. 

  • Ability to quickly find your way in a network of information.

Other Information

  • This job will reside under Regional People Operations. You will report to the Team Lead People Operations. Your main stakeholders will be the internal customers such as employees and managers, as well as team members and peers, plus the Expertise teams. You will take part in regional and global meetings in order to align on topics.

  • This position is located on-site in ​Chandler, AZ.​  It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.  

  • A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
