Job Summary

This position is responsible for the management and administration of the CPSES Security Organization.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Direct supervision and management of CPSES employees
• Direct contract management of a uniformed security organization
• Budget and resource responsibility
• Primary responsibility for regulatory interface with the USNRC for the security discipline
• Responsible for the Security Department Training to include a weapons firing range
• Participates in regional and national work groups.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field and or 10 years' experience in the nuclear industry
• Five years of related management experience
• Technical security and investigative background
• Thorough knowledge of the appropriate portions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations
