Physical Therapist (PRN, As Needed)

Mental/Physical Effort: Close attention to detail of procedures, technique, and positioning is required at all times.  Ability to work unsupervised and capability for quick decision-making.  Demands lifting/transporting of patients and lifting/moving of equipment. Requires ability to maneuver in close quarters and around equipment. Demands frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, stooping and bending. Requires normal (or corrected) vision and hearing.

Education: Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.

Licensure/Certification: Indiana State licensure is required.  Must be current in CPR.  Must provide documentation of current licensure for personnel record.

Experience: Experience preferred.
