• Single point of contact (SPOC) with allstakeholders on client side(PM / Engineering / Procurement / Operations) - primarily for Process issues, but in general for all disciplines
• Quick and independent resolution of major/minor design queries related to Process.
• Obtaining inputs from Client as well as from field as required. Expediting vendor inputs.
• Verify P&ID, Isometrics, piping layoutper actual status at site (As-built) and prepare redlining.
• Concept development. Ability to devielop and evaluate scoping options.
• Lead/participate in and support for safety studies, like HAZOP, SIL, PHA, Model Review, Constructability Review, Progress Review participation as a Process counterpart.15+ years of experience inProcess Design. At least 10 years of experience of downstream projects in Oil and Gas sector - refineries, petrochemical plants. Candidate required to have La. Chemical Engr PE Stamp.
• Hands on experience in developing and review of Process deliverables like P&ID, Hydraulic Calcs, PSV sizing, Equipment sizing & datasheets, HAZOP, Vendor Data Review& interface and Utility Estimation.
• Good understanding of Project Life Cycle, Process FEED and Detail Engineering, timelines and milestones.
