Position Overview

This role could be hybrid or remote, preference is USA, East Coast.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage the calendar for the VP, including complex calendaring, planning, scheduling, arranging travel, and creating expense reports. Clear potential scheduling conflicts and have a high degree of accountability for all actions and follow-up deadlines. You are responsive to inquiries and requests and managing expectations with a variety of partners
  • You will maintain positive working relationships with staff, internal departments, and outside parties, including high-level sensitive contacts
  • You will partner with other EAs to coordinate among executives and manage tradeoffs and prioritization
  • Partner with the team to agree on operating rhythm and cadences for the Channel leadership team
  • Schedule, plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and multi-day meetings, including organizing logistics, on-site amenities, and activities
  • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure bills are paid promptly. Be a point person for departmental purchases on behalf of your executive
  • Provide staff meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing meeting minutes and presentations on occasion

The Ideal Candidate

  • You are comfortable with projects to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, looking for clarity when an obstacle is in your way
  • You understand that a high-functioning team is important to success
  • You reach out to build productive working relationships with people across all levels, and takes a customer service orientation when supporting the team
  • Program focus with project management aspects

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years' experience providing administrative support for senior-level executives
  • You have worked in complex organizations that require a variety of tasks that need to be completed in a certain time frame
  • Expert in Mac, and Windows operating systems, and related business applications such as, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
  • Travel to events or internal meetings, domestically and internationally
  • May have to work outside of working hours

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
