Job summary

As our Sales Support Analyst you will provide support to the German bank distribution team and be primarily focused on our German bank distribution funds business. You will assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations. 

Job responsibilities

  • Work with our internal and external communications, including client reporting, CRM activities, sales presentation and administrative tasks
  • Perform research projects on various market and client topics
  • Create fund competitor analyses using data bases such as Morningstar or Bloomberg
  • Work closely with our Sales & Marketing teams and partner with the centralized functions to ensure accurate and on time execution of client requests and business activities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player 
  • Operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with both internal partners and clients
  • Supporting relationship management, sales efforts and business development
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Pro-active attitude and ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Willingness to develop an entrepreneurial attitude with skills at project management and flexibility at applying innovative ideas to meet clients' needs
  • Understand and adhere to the regulatory and compliance framework
  • Fluent in German and in English
  • Graduate degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledge of Asset Management and the German Banking market and its dynamics
  • An understanding of investment processes, risks, market and macro-economic framework is an advantage
