Construction Quality Assurance Manager (TCC)

<p><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong><br><br>KTG is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Manager in San Antonio, TX to support KTG’s federal customer. &nbsp;Support will include daily on-site performance of program management; quality assurance management; quality control inspections monitoring and reporting; general contractor progress; and evaluating the compliance of the general contractor and sub-contractors with construction plans.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provided QA Management to include Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction at Fort San Antonio to assist the U.S. Corps of Engineers (USACE) with obtaining complete construction for new construction projects and facility maintenance construction projects.</li> <li>Ensure projects meet all contract requirements through reviews, inspections, and tests.</li> <li>Ensures the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) is working effectively, and compliant with quality established by the terms of the contract.</li> <li>Assist new construction site teams with all security concerns.</li> <li>Participate in and conduct comprehensive facility pricing surveys for construction projects, ensure security requirements and regulations are followed for the duration of construction/maintenance projects.</li> <li>Enforce safety regulations in compliance with EM385-1-1.</li> <li>Review monthly invoices and verify completed work to the USACE Project Manager.</li> <li>Ensure operation and maintenance warranty plans are submitted and followed at project occupancy or project completion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge Skills and Ability:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Quality Assurance Inspection/Reporting</li> <li>Program Management</li> <li>Project Punch List and Closeout</li> <li>Warranty Coordination</li> <li>Construction Contract Administration</li> <li>Security Surveillance Support</li> <li>Change Management</li> <li>Review Design Documents and Shop Drawings</li> <li>Designer and Contractor Coordination</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Due to the nature of this position and the information employees will be able to access; US Citizenship is required.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree OR High School/Associate's Degree with certification.&nbsp;</li> <li>10+ years of experience providing QA/QC support on multi-use buildings, warehouses, utility yards, utilities, substations, visitor control centers, and/or Perimeter, Security, and Surveillance.</li> <li>10+ years of experience developing Construction Quality Control
