I’m glad you asked.  </span></p> <p><span>As a Senior Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to:</span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Lead a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.</span></li> <li><span>Oversee the gathering and documentation of both functional and non-functional business requirements from relevant business functions, business BA Lead, ensuring management stakeholder sign-offs.</span></li> <li><span>Produce detailed technical requirement specifications throughout the agile iterations project life cycle, incorporating change requests. Ensuring due diligence for impact assessments are completed for all major changes.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure alignment of requirements with system architects, comprehension by technical teams, and that the proposed solution design meets business requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Lead the team in an agile project environment by producing clear user stories, maintaining the backlog, prioritizing stories with the Product Owner, and managing the development team's work within sprints.</span></li> <li><span>Assist in defining the implementation plan, considering various applications involved, other ongoing project initiatives, and all internal and external stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with the Test Manager and testers to ensure QA tests are complete before the solution is submitted to business users.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in application testing, configuration activities, and training of end-users.</span></li> <li><span>Work closely with the project manager for risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan.</span></li> <li><span>Facilitate Scrum events such as daily standups and other meetings as needed, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.</span></li> <li><span>Drive continuous improvement in agile working practices within the team.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What Makes You a great Fit?</span></strong></p> <p><span>While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. <st
