Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with new hire/onboarding processes, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
  • Maintain accurate employee records both digitally and physically in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and track compliance training including IWTP Grant program.
  • Support timekeeping and attendance tracking in conjunction with payroll/operations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports such as turnover, and training completion.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist employees’ inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Help organize employee engagement events and recognition programs.
  • Assist in recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Support updating and maintaining ERP (SAP) master data as required.
  • Support updating and maintaining LMS (Learning Management Systems) as required
  • Support the HR Generalist on the hourly performance evaluation and record control.
  • Willingness to collaborate on any other tasks assigned within the HR department to support the company and department goals. This may include assisting in special projects, cross-functional efforts, or covering for team members as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (in progress) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of SAP (HCM module), LMS and Success Factors preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Accurate, organized and able to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, managing multiple tasks
