Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to streamline work requests, allocate resources, and optimize scheduling using AMMS. Enhance site processes by collaborating with departments to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize downtime. Join our team to ensure efficient maintenance operations and resource utilization.

What you’ll do: 

• Collaborates effectively with equipment owners, supervisors, craftsmen, and internal stakeholders to optimize maintenance scheduling and minimize operational downtime. 
• Implements a systematic approach in forecasting and balancing daily workload allocation based on resource availability. 
• Develops comprehensive maintenance job plans detailing steps, materials, manpower, safety precautions, and compliance requirements for each task. 
• Constantly reviews and updates job procedures, checklists, and initiates Management of Change processes as needed. 
• Manages CMMS to ensure efficient workflow procedures for work orders and maintenance activities.

What you’ll bring: 

• 5 years' work experience in maintenance with planning & scheduling and supervisory experience; technical degree preferred.
• Proficient in CMMS systems and business software programs (JDE, AMMS, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Experience with material handling equipment, including installation, operation, and maintenance best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong PC skills, including data analysis using Excel and other tools; self-starter who can work independently.
