Audio / Video Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all audio and video systems within the company
• Troubleshoot issues with audio and video equipment and swiftly resolve technical issues
• Set up, tear down, and maintain equipment for conference rooms and other company events
• Monitor audio and video performance and make adjustments where necessary
• Keep track of inventory levels of audio and video equipment and order new supplies when needed
• Ensure that all audio and video equipment is functioning optimally by performing regular maintenance
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to provide technical support and assist with events as required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with audio and video systems
• Knowledge of audio and video technology and equipment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues with audio and video equipment
• Experience setting up and maintaining equipment in conference rooms and event spaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other teams
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including nights and weekends when needed.
