Your Responsibilities

 

As a Senior Financial Analyst located in Santa Clara, CA you will lead the Research & Development (R&D) and Selling, Administrative and General Expenses (SA&G) budgeting process for the Blue River Technology team.   

 

In addition, you will:

 

• Review actual results and monitor progress toward financial targets.
• Post miscellaneous journal vouchers to ensure the proper allocation of expenses.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and provide counsel to leadership.

What Skills You Need

 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Agile mindset, comfortable with constant change in business priorities
• Ability to lead and influence others in a collaborative way.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience building interpersonal relationships with business partners and managing difficult conversations.
• SAP experience
• 5 or more years of finance/accounting experience

• Experience publishing PowerBI reports
• Highly collaborative, positive attitude and the ability to influence without authority.
• Driving efficiency through process improvement
• Demonstrated understanding of finance management fundamentals, including general ledger activities, budgeting, and financial forecasts

 

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:     

                   

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
