About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your store, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — balancing operations, people leadership, and performance management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop your team to reach sales and service targets.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, every time.
• Manage store operations — visual merchandising, stock control, and reporting.
• Drive a strong performance culture through goal setting and accountability.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.

About You:

• Proven retail leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong sales and customer service focus.
• Confident coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on hitting KPIs and targets.
• Hands-on, proactive and ready to lead from the front.

Able to work weekends and peak trading hours as required.
