We are seeking a part time Change Management Sr. Consultant to support our program with the US Army. The expectation for this role is 30 hours per week (.75 FTE) and the position will be performed on a hybrid basis with onsite support needed in Tysons Corner and Arlington VA. In this role you will act as the Management Lead in all areas of developing and executing the change management strategy - including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, development of deliverables such as talking points and information papers, facilitation of change-focused discussion with client and other Army account teams, preparation of change management recommendations, etc. They may also be expected to support and/or liaise the TCC-Training and TCC-Communications, which fall under the same leadership umbrella and play key roles in the broader Change Management vision/strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
- 4 years of experience with federal financial management
- 2 years of federal accounting experience
- Ability to work from the client site ad-hoc (min. 2x/month)
- Adobe Suite expertise
- 4+ years of DoD graphic design experience
