Manager, Government Pricing

Your mission at IntegriChain:
The Manager of Government Pricing will manage operations of the Government Pricing department and its shared service partners in collaboration with the offshore team and vendor(s) to provide prompt, accurate, and compliant government pricing calculation results to our customers and government agencies. This role successfully manages and reviews all periodic GP pricing. as well as statutory and state reporting, within the mandated timelines. This position also ensures that regulation changes and new customer onboarding are actively monitored, ensuring that appropriate team staffing levels are maintained, training programs for calculation analysts are executed, and effective communications are disseminated addressing any changes in guidance for government programs that will impact internal operations.
What this role entails:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and approve high volume of government pricing calculation outputs within mandated timelines by a team of 5+ analysts. This is inclusive of submission of product, pricing and other pertinent data to CMS, DoD, VA and other Federal agencies, as well as reporting of Best Price, Average Manufacturers Price (AMP), Average Sales Price (ASP), URAs and Non FAMPs for applicable products.
- Collaborate with the Government Pricing Professional Services Organization (PSO) advisory team to oversee Federal Supply Schedule contract compliance on behalf of IntegriChain’s customers, including contract maintenance, Public Law submissions, tracking customer monitoring, and negotiating contract changes with the VA
- Develop, maintain, and adhere to internal policies/procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and effective corporate governance.
- Build detailed subject matter expertise in the area of government program and regulations
- Supervise staff on a daily basis as well as provide developmental opportunities and training
- Regularly initiate, champion, lead and participate as a team member on complex process improvement efforts that span multiple business areas and functions
- Assure internal data and/or system migration projects and other technical initiatives are successful
- Collaborate with Integrichain Technology experts to develop process improvements, such as robotics and automation, in order to stay current with industry standards and regulatory changes, as well as streamline department processes
- Select, motivate, develop, lead and manage resources to ensure success of direct reports, teams and the larger IntegriChain talent pool
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to meet goals of shared service arrangements
- Track, maintain, and report monthly and quarterly performance metrics to management
