Senior Professional, Stores - Jordan EMEA

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Reporting into EMEA Jordan Stores Director, this person will collaborate with the Jordan Consumer, Marketplace, Merchandising and Marketing teams, as well as with the EMEA Inline Stores team, Partner Management, as well as with DSM, Design, Real Estate, Construction, and Digital teams, between others, to elevate Jordan in EMEA, implement the fleet expansion, and help drive the Jordan business in Stores. This is a new role within the organization.

We’re looking for a cross-functional leader that will help drive our Jordan EMEA stores strategy and business into the future!

This candidate will bring the Jordan brand to life in our stores and ensure it is represented with excellence both in our stand-alone stores (World of Flight) and Nike Stores. To be successful, we need candidates to display strong strategic vision and operational excellence driving projects, portfolio leadership capabilities, and experience across a variety of teams such as business development, product, retail stores, ...

The right candidate would be or have:

• Consumer centered

• Project / Program Management skills

• Ability to build relationships, influence global and geo stakeholders, and communicate strategies effectively, based on consumer demand and market trends.

• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to adapt to evolving objectives.

• Confidence to provide and defend strategic direction, and act with agency.

• Entrepreneurial mindset to shape the role and identify new opportunities.

• Strong background in retail and business analytics; must be able to provide data-driven insights.

• Passion and understanding of the retail environment, specifically with Jordan and Nike stores is appreciated.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Ensure the seasonal objectives for Jordan stores land and get performed.

• Drive efficiency & profitability aligned with strategic goals whilst delivering a premium consumer experience.

• Deliver EMEA Jordan in Stores vision and strategy in all current and future doors.

• Support Jordan’s “World of Flight” store concept optimization and scale.

• Help identify, develop and land future Jordan concepts.

• Support your Store teams in all questions of trade & business, leadership, digital transformation, HR, and all operational topics
