At PhotoMules, we are a fast-growing sports photography company based in Austin, TX. Our team travels nationwide to capture high-quality team photos for youth sports at every level. We are passionate about providing lasting memories for our customers, delivering photos instantly through on-site printing and framing services. Job Description: (How This Helps Us)

As a Team Member at PhotoMules, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences to athletes and their families. You’ll travel to youth sporting events, capture high-quality photos, engage in sales, and help deliver products on-site. A typical day includes setting up early, taking team photos before games, processing a sample photo, and working the sidelines to generate sales during the games—all while embodying our core values.

Responsibilities:

• Photography & Editing: Capture and edit team photos to meet our high standards of quality.
• Sales & Customer Interaction: Engage with parents and guardians to promote and sell our photography products, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with the setup and teardown of our photo booths at each tournament.
• Travel: Travel to designated tournaments, representing PhotoMules with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Team Player: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the success of each event and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

Skills & Requirements:

• No Photography Experience Required: We provide training! All you need is a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to engage with customers and team members with clarity and confidence.
• Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Organized & Efficient: Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
• Initiative & Critical Thinking: Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and being on your feet for long periods of time (up to 10 miles a day).
• Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on weekends (Friday-Sunday).
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel.
• Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
