Position Overview:
As part of the talented Navico Group Warranty team, you will have the ability to perform administrative functions, demonstrate the ability to learn and understand technical specifications of product and diligently log, record and report data.

Essential Functions:
- Vet and process Warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely manner
- Record detailed records of all claims processed into our CRM system
- Achieve and maintain technical certifications as required
- Participate in or lead improvement projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a contact center or similar relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a large team
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of ERP database tools
- Working knowledge of CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce)
- Ability to work remotely and in an office environment
- Ability to learn and apply learnings of technical trainings for various product lines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Quality and/or Lean Six Sigma exposure/experience preferred/ continuous improvement mindset required
- Process and goal orientated
- Demonstrated history of independent work
- Marine or RV industry experience highly weighted
- Experience with ERP database tools desired
- Experience with CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce) desired
Working Conditions:
- Normal office working conditions. Typically requires prolonged sitting with consistent computer functionality
- Ability to communicate information and ideas for others to understand by phone, email, and/or messaging
- Required work during regular work week of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work during season
- Navico Group promotes a” dress for your day” dress code which may include casual, business casual or business professional attire
- Travel less than 10%
The anticipated pay range for this position is $46,000-$72,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
