Your Role:
We are looking for a friendly and skilled General Handyman to join our team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-notch maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the care they deserve.

What You’ll Do:

• Repairs: Handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in various locations.
• Maintenance: Make sure mechanical systems work well and fix any issues.
• Cleaning: Perform general cleaning and upkeep of properties.
• Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
• Renovation: Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management: Keep trash and recycling bins tidy throughout the facilities.
• HVAC Services: Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
• Tools & Transport: Bring your own tools and transportation to job sites.
• Math Skills: Use basic math skills for tasks.
• Communication: Build good relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Stay organized and tackle challenges effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Keep high standards in all your work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (related experience may work too).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Experience with hand and power tools is needed.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexible availability is important.
• Mechanical skills are a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is a bonus.
