The Opportunity: 

Cook 2 at Capa, A Michelin Star Restaurant

 

Who We Look For: 

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in Capa, our Michelin-starred, Spanish-influenced cuisine, rooftop steakhouse and bar.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Primarily work with the hot station (I.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.) 

  • Build inventory lists, as well as strategic overview of preparation for the specific outlet 

  • Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort 

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 2 years of culinary experience 

  • Prior experience with a grill, sauté, and knowledge of advanced knife cuts are required 

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment 

  • Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required 

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
