Your role

As a Senior Product manager in Digital Finance you will

• Shape the product vision and design its roadmap, prioritizing activities amongst competing business interests to align with business strategy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to ensure product success by gathering and aligning business requirements with IT.

• Establish robust business practices for the testing phase, ensuring efficiency and excellence in product enhancements.

• Create comprehensive user training materials to ensure successful adoption of our digital solutions.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication across users and stakeholders.

• Promote and drive the adoption of our digital solutions across the business.

• Own and monitor the product's adoption and stability KPIs.

Requirements

Essential:

• 5+ years of product management experience, successfully launching and scaling digital products in Finance or similar domain.

• Ability to work with engineers, designers, and business analysts to develop detailed product plans and understand technical details.

• Proven leadership and motivational skills with developers, technical experts, and senior stakeholders.

• Capability to align product vision with business strategy and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong ability to interpret data and leverage analytics for decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with top leaders and end users.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting inputs.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Bonus:

• Experience with cross-platform solutions like PWA or Flutter.

• Understanding of machine learning technology and its applications in finance.
