As a Security Guard -  - Residential Site Patrol - Part Time in Corona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment within a residential community. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding to situations as they arise. You will interact with residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and address any suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or hazards observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with residents, visitors, and property management to address concerns and support a secure environment.
• Remain visible and approachable throughout the location to provide assistance and answer questions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
