Job Description

Your Career  

We are hiring an Senior Enterprise Portfolio Analyst who will partner closely with the enterprise portfolio manager to define and operate our enterprise portfolio, develop and execute tools and frameworks to enable execution and delivery of our core priorities.
This position will report to Director, IT PMO & Portfolio

Your Impact 

  • Develop, and launch enterprise portfolio management standards and best practices 
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing tools, templates, processes and reporting to support the enterprise portfolio programs
  • Partner with program/product managers to drive training and adoption on portfolio management tools and capabilities 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards used to effectively communicate company portfolio updates and support portfolio execution 
  • Support/maintain data in the resource planning tools to ensure up-to-date and accurate forecasts for the creation of shift patterns and schedules, capacity planning and actual to planned resource information
  • Report and analyze progress of projects (budget, scope and schedule) through the various stages of project(s)
  • Identify cross functional dependencies, and facilitate conversations with other teams to prioritize and ensure alignment on time and delivery of the program 
  • Create detailed delivery plans that can be executed by program teams 
  • Identify and Manage risk across the program throughout development life cycle to ensure on time delivery 

Qualifications

Your Experience  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA a plus or equivalent military experience required
  • 3+ years of professional related work experience and hands on project and operational experience desired
  • Strong Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis and financial modeling skills
  • Experience in setting up agile tools and processes for large scale, global, cross functional programs
  • An Analytical mindset and experience in building reports and dashboards 
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision posing a growth mindset
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in  project management methodologies 
  • Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is a must, knowledge of cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
