We’re an organization that’s ambitious, fast and not afraid to make mistakes. </span><br/><span>If that sounds like you, let’s talk and build this rocketship together!</span> <h3>Main Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead and manage <b>cross-functional engineering teams</b> (backend, mobile, product engineers) - <b>10-25 engineers</b> (depending on the EM seniority) across up to <b>4 cross-functional teams.</b></li><li>Own <b>people management</b> (professional development, performance reviews, conflict resolution), building healthy, motivated, and high-performing teams.</li><li>Hire new engineers with either strong experience or high potential while not compromising cultureOnboard, support and ensure the wellbeing of high-quality engineers.</li><li>Be responsible for building, scaling, and coaching teams in a fast-evolving engineering organization.Ensure strong execution, ownership, and accountability across teams.</li><li>Improve processes, workflows, and collaboration.</li><li>Identify people and team performance issues early and resolve them pragmatically.</li><li>Drive team structure and culture improvements as the org evolves.</li><li><b>Work as the connecting glue between Teams, Project Leads, Product Owners and Staff Engineers - ensuring everyone has the necessary context and are enabled to move forward.</b></li><li>Collaborate closely with senior leadership.</li><li>Be trusted to challenge ideas, give feedback upward, and influence strategy.</li><li>Function as a strong, independent voice inside leadership discussions.</li><li>Act as a role model for discipline, accountability, and ownership.</li><li>Work from the<b> Warsaw office</b> and set a visible leadership presence.</li></ul> <h3>Core Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>At least 2-3 years of experience leading a team of software engineers;</li><li>Solid software development background, and either experience or a desire to develop an understanding of the mobile applications domain.
