Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.</span></p><p>   </p><p><b>Summary of role</b></p><ul><li><span>The role is responsible for defining and implementing best practices, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) within our  Warehouse Network to support Successful Site Operational Performance<br/>The successful candidate will ensure our Warehouse network operates at peak efficiency, aligns with site Operational KPI’s and continually improves operational processes.<br/>Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with Stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Key Account Management to design and optimize our Warehouse network to support our business objectives.</span><br/> </li></ul><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Ensure safe work practices are being followed at all times, report any near misses immediately to the EHS Department.</li><li><span>Strategize, develop, and Implement clear SLAs and KPIs for PCI Ireland Warehouse Network, ensuring alignment with  Site Operational Goals.</span></li><li><span>Lead the establishment and ongoing enhancement of best practices and operational solutions, driving Operational Excellence and service quality across the warehouse network.</span></li><li><span>Spearhead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, focusing on scalability, cost-efficiency, and service optimization within the warehouse operations.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with the Supply chain team to strategically design and optimize the warehouse network to meet future business demands and Supply Chain requirements.</span></li><li><span>Conduct comprehensive performance analysis of the warehouse operations, leveraging data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and adherence to company policies across all Warehouse activities, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.</span></li><li><span>Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors and service providers, establishing strong partnerships and ensuring performance standards are consistently met.</span></li><li><span>Lead and manage significant projects to enhance Warehouse infrastructure, technology integration, and overall functionality, ensuring they meet strategic business objectives.</span></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><span>Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Warehouse management teams, promoting an environment of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.</span></li><li>Carry out various other additional tasks that may be required from time to time in accordance with the overall goal of the company</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge / Skills &amp; Experience </b></p><p><b>Essential</b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in a warehouse management, supply chain operations, or logistics, including significant experience in a strategic &amp; Operational leadership role.</span></li><li><span>OR - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a warehouse management, supply chain operations, or logistics, including significant experience in a strategic &amp; Operational leadership role.</span></li><li>Experience in a GMP or Regulated Environment</li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic SLAs, KPIs, and best practices in a warehouse environment.</span></li><li><span>Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.</span></li><li><span>Advanced project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.</span></li><li><span>Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.</span></li><li><span>Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management software, warehouse management systems, and the latest industry technologies.</span></li><li><span>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams.</span></li><li>Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.
