Senior Financial Analyst

Sphera is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who will play an integral role in the sales compensation process. Primary responsibilities include preparing commission statements for a variety of roles across the organization, generating sales compensation plans, and preparing reporting around sales productivity.

Additionally, this role will provide ad-hoc analysis as needed for senior financial leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an interest in financial data systems and the ability to design and implement reporting and processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Process commissions and incentive payments for a variety of plan types across the organization on a monthly basis
• Generate sales compensation plans for newly hired employees ore employees that are transferring roles within the organization.
• Work with members of the sales organization to answer questions about their plan structure, commission calculations, and other requests as needed.
• Assist in the planning process for the sales compensation program across the entire organization
• Analyze sales rep productivity and pipeline generation relative to targets
• Ad-hoc deep dives on pressing business issues across the business.

Qualifications and skills:

• 1-3 years of financial analyst experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel
• Intermediate PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fluid and fast paced environment with changing responsibilities
• NetSuite and Salesforce experience a plus, but not a require
