About the role

Our Mission

Healthcare should work for patients, but it doesn’t. In their time of need, they call down outdated insurance directories. Then wait on hold. Then wait weeks for the privilege of a visit. Then wait in a room solely designed for waiting. Then wait for a surprise bill. In any other consumer industry, the companies delivering such a poor customer experience would not survive. But in healthcare, patients lack market power. Which means they are expected to accept the unacceptable.

Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. In doing so, we can make healthcare work like every other consumer sector, where businesses compete for customers, not the other way around. In time, this will drive quality up and prices down.

We’re 18 years old and the leader in our space, but we are still just getting started. If you like solving important, complex problems alongside deeply thoughtful, driven, and collaborative teammates, read on.

Your Impact on Our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, Integrations, you’ll lead a team at the intersection of enterprise sales and technical integration success. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our largest healthcare partners fully integrate and thrive post-sale.

You’ll be responsible for driving measurable commercial outcomes by leading a diverse team. Your success will be defined by integration rates, client retention, client growth, and revenue attainment—delivered through consultative client communication, technical execution, and deep collaboration across internal stakeholders.

You’ll first learn and execute Zocdoc’s established enterprise integrations process, then innovate to improve it, leveraging both sales leadership and technical understanding to accelerate results. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, operates with a bias toward process and repeatability, and inspires teams to do their best work in an evolving environment.

You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Are…

  • Ambitious and motivated by impact. You’re excited to lead a team that drives business-critical outcomes and you’re never satisfied with simply meeting targets—you look for ways to exceed them.
  • Passionate about people development. You gain personal satisfaction from helping others grow, mentoring both sales managers and individual contributors, and building a culture of accountability and trust.
  • Technically curious. You love connecting commercial and technical dots—bridging the gap between client needs and seamless product integration.
  • Resilient and resourceful. You lead calmly through ambiguity, making high-quality decisions even when information is incomplete.
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven. You know how to align diverse internal stakeholders toward shared goals, especially in cross-functional environments involving sales, product, and integration teams.

Your Day to Day Is…

  • Leading and developing a high-performing Enterprise Integration Success Team team, who collaborates closely with enterprise clients to ensure successful integration of their operating systems with Zocdoc’s platform post-sale.

  • Driving key business outcomes including integration success, retention, and revenue growth across your portfolio.

  • Creating a motivating, development-oriented and high-accountability team culture that emphasizes learning, development, and performance.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders—including Product, Operations, and Customer Success—to streamline internal workflows and enhance client outcomes.

  • Diagnosing ambiguous or undefined environments and introducing scalable, measurable improvements to drive clarity and efficiency.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role If You Have…

  • 4+ years of leadership experience, including at least 2 years of second-line management.
  • A proven ability to lead through ambiguity, simplify complex systems, and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • A track record of building, developing, and retaining top-performing teams that consistently hit targets and deliver results.
