Lead Financial Analyst

Clarivate is looking for the next member of our exceptional finance team. As a Lead Financial Analyst at Clarivate, you will have an incredible opportunity for career growth in a global, growing company. One of your primary objectives will be to support the sales compensation team. You will own the coordinator of team-wide activities while directly overseeing multiple groups within the Revenue organization. You will advise on plan design/structure and overall management of sales compensation tools and systems.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, business intelligence, analytics, or financial systems

What will you be doing in this role?

• Drive automation of recurring processes to improve accuracy and efficiency of Finance and Business activities
• Help to identify, root cause, and scope both short- and long-term solutions related to FP&A, Accounting, and Business processes
• Synthesize large disparate data sets into actionable intelligence in support of numerous business functions
• Develop new reporting capabilities in support of future business needs and strategic initiatives.
• Drive monthly cadence of operations for FP&A and act as the lead interface for recurring and ad-hoc consolidation requests.

Hours of Work

The Lead Financial Analyst - Sales Compensation is a full-time hybrid role primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. Our hybrid work environment consists of remote work and 2-3 days per week onsite at our Ann Arbor, MI office.
