The Program Manager, Outreach, Training, and Education Core (OTEC) will serve as the central operational lead responsible for executing OTEC professional development, training, and dissemination activities within the 360° CHAT-TMD initiative. This role integrates program operations, educational coordination, and dissemination management to ensure timely, compliant, and high-impact delivery of OTEC objectives across Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and the University of Michigan.
A core responsibility of this position is the operational integration of OTEC training and educational content into the Harvard Interdisciplinary Pain & Headache Rounds, a standing weekly CME/CE platform that serves as a primary mechanism for dissemination, feedback collection, and refinement of OTEC-developed materials. The Program Manager is responsible for continuity, alignment with NIH deliverables, and effective coordination across institutions and stakeholders.
This role requires the ability to integrate complex, NIH-funded educational programming into existing, accredited clinical education platforms while maintaining continuity, compliance, and institutional knowledge across a multi-year, multi-institutional initiative.
The role includes oversight of educational media content production and lifecycle management necessary to support CME/CE programming, digital archives, and dissemination of OTEC-developed training materials.
The Program Manager reports to the OTEC Principal Investigator and works closely with Core PIs, faculty, trainees, and administrative partners.
Job Summary

Develops the program schedule, budget, and various program and project plan details. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other team members.

Essential Functions
-Designs, implements, and manages all aspects of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects.
-Prepares, analyzes, and manages all program budgets, including funding from multiple sources.
-Leads program and project teams and coordinates and delegates cross-project initiatives.
-Conducts research, manages and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports and presentations to support programs.
-Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
