The RVP will play a strategic role in expanding wallet share from existing clients by partnering directly with financial advisory teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in financial planning, investment strategy, and collaborative business development.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. The expected pay range, in the first year, for this RVP position is $225,000 - $250,000 annually.  This range reflects a base salary and variable compensation; the company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. A full benefits suite is offered, including health and dental insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid time off and other benefits.
