Duke Corporate Education, the premier global provider of leadership solutions in context, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As part of Duke University, Duke CE brings together experienced business and learning experts and a global network of faculty and experience providers to help their clients find the right leadership solution to enable their leaders to adapt and move the organization forward. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting this mission by providing administrative assistance to the leadership team, helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain files, databases, and other documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking, including processing expense reports and invoices.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the organization, including providing directions and answering questions.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Experience in an academic or education management environment preferred.
