Your Responsibilities

 

As a Financial Analyst, John Deere Power Systems for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will:

 

• Create and communicate the financial narrative for John Deere Power Systems (JDPS) through reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Work closely with JDPS units and coordinate the collection of inputs/templates to support business decisions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management (Operations Group Controller through Finance Director).

What Skills You Need

 

• 5 or more years of financial analysis experience
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders  
• Strong communication skills including the ability to synthesize complex information

What Makes You Stand Out

 

• Broad background of business experience
• Demonstrated forward thinking and ability to use data to provide early insights
• Experience with PowerBI or other data analytics tools

Education

 

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, or other relevant degree
