Physician Practice Clinical Coordinator ASC- Urology

Lead with purpose. Care with excellence. Meritus Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Coordinator for our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This leadership role blends clinical expertise with operational oversight, supporting staff development, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical standards of care and mentor new hires
• Manage staff scheduling, PTO requests, and Kronos reviews
• Ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements (e.g., VFC)
• Monitor inventory and maintain supply systems
• Support budget planning and communicate financial goals
• Resolve patient concerns and promote positive experiences
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic operating environment
• Serve as liaison to providers and collaborate with practice leadership

 Qualifications:

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a surgical setting; leadership experience preferred
• Current RN license (Maryland or Compact Multi-State Privilege)
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS required in urgent care settings
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
