What will you be doing:

• Develop Fleet Strategy: Design and implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance fleet operations.
• Lead Fleet Negotiations: Manage key supplier relationships, securing favorable terms and agreements specific to fleet procurement.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with stakeholders and teams worldwide to align on goals and execute fleet plans.
• Optimize Fleet Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency across fleet operations.

Who You’ll Work With:

• Internal: Partner with country purchasing teams and global fleet operations.
• External: Engage with senior management at key fleet suppliers and benchmark with industry peers.

Requirements:

• Expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management, particularly in fleet procurement.
• Experience in fleet procurement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant purchasing experience, ideally within the fleet industry or indirect purchasing
• Proficiency in English.
