What you'll do

You will support a strategic project for Global Commercial Finance on processes for our biggest and most important customers. This will give you great insights on how SAP works and enable you with critical project management skills. You will gain a lot of experience with Finance as well as Sales-related processes.
As this project is limited to 6-8 months, this working student position will be limited to the duration of the project.
While this project is your number one priority, you will also help with contract management-related tasks in the deal closing process (e.g., handling incoming contracts).
You will support the team in administrative work (such as maintaining our team’s Sharepoint sites, maintaining business processes in Signavio, building reports, organizing team events and workshops, etc.). 

 

What you bring

 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business administration, law & economics
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Language skills: business fluent in German; advanced level of English 
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, analytical, very good communication skills 

 

Meet your team

Deal Support Commercial Germany supports the Customer Success organization as trusted Business Partner, by designing, negotiating and creating customer contracts as well as performing checks to ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. 
As part of our team and the Global Commercial Finance Organization, Commercial acts as a Transformation Agent and Business Steward by ensuring timely and qualitative commercial support and take part in decisions on objectives and planning of customer engagements and thus also has joint responsibility for the company's results.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
