We own our impact, live our values, and focus intentionally on creating a culture that supports every student, family, and team member to achieve excellence.&nbsp;</p> <p>As we continue to build our flagship K-12 campus in the Bronx, and lay the foundation for growth, we are searching for extraordinary colleagues to join our team.&nbsp;<br><br></p> <p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities<br></strong></p> <p>As the Managing Director of Schools, you will play a key role in driving a culture of achievement that actualizes Bold’s vision for a world-class K-12 public education. You will work closely with leadership to develop strategic objectives related to school management and implement a range of initiatives to achieve outcomes across our growing K-12 model. <br><br>In your first year you will develop a deep understanding of Bold’s model, vision, values, and culture. You will lead a school-based team committed to achieving ambitious outcomes for all students, driving high levels of student, family and team engagement. As you become grounded in Bold’s model and culture, you will develop and implement plans for strategic growth and manage a portfolio of schools.<br><br>To achieve our vision, we are searching for a leader with 5+ years of school leadership experience in a high-performing K-12 setting. Ideal candidates will have a creative and solutions-oriented mindset, a talent for translating goals into actionable outcomes, the ability to coach and develop teams to high levels of achievement, and a foundational belief that every child deserves a world-class education.<br><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br></span></p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and apply a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, and values to build a culture of purpose and impact</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership across the organization to set objectives and drive progress toward goals</li> <li>Lead a
