Job Description

• Process and interpretation of component condition through and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)
• Responsible for on-the-job training and guidance of Level 1 certification trainees
• Interpretation of applicable codes, standards, and specifications
• Commitment to quality assurance
• Maintain production standards/quality
• General department housekeeping
• Documenting travelers after operations are performed
• Level 2 functions per NAS410
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
• Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements along with NADCAP requirements

Qualifications

• Must be able understand, speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to read, interpret blueprints and equipment manuals
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Team building skills
• FAA repair station experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Documented classroom hours as required by NAS410
• Documented OJT hours or equivalent as required by NAS410
