BOH Crewmember

As a BOH (Back of House) Crewmember at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and culinary services. Your dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to expedite orders and ensure timely service to guests.
• Adhere to established portion control and food presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating ingredients and supplies.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food products to prevent contamination and spoilage.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management or supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
• Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks based on operational needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from kitchen supervisors.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
