<p>What is the job about?</p>
<p>As a Technical Communicator, you'll have an important role in creating, optimizing, and implementing content structures in our Component Content Management System (CCMS). Your mission? Your expertise will support our team in maintaining, implementing, and evolving content management, authoring, and localization. Your focus on language quality assurance (terminology management and style guides) and localization processes will ensure clarity, consistency, and unambiguity in our technical documentation across all markets.</p>

<p>Your main responsibilities: </p>
<ul>
<li>Developing reuse-oriented language, content, and publication methods.</li>
<li>Optimizing language quality processes within technical documentation to ensure readability, translatability, unambiguity, and consistency.</li>
<li>Optimizing our CCMS and content delivery platforms.</li>
<li>Creating and controlling metadata structures.</li>
<li>Providing expert advice to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Training technical communicators and technical editors.</li>
<li>Analysing and improving content creation and management processes.</li>
<li>Researching, developing, and maintaining writing guidelines for different target audiences, e.g., Style Guides.</li>
<li>Maintaining and developing technical terminology.</li>
<li>Maintaining and optimization localization tools and processes. </li>
</ul>

<p>Your background: </p>
<ul>
<li>BA/MA in Technical Communication or English-related fields.</li>
<li>Advanced English proficiency as our working language is English. </li>
<li>Some years of experience in technical communication.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Good understanding of topic-based authoring, XML, DITA, content delivery, language quality, terminology, and localization processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Component Content Management, Translation Management and Terminology Management systems. </li>
<li>Knowledge of authoring tools (e.g., Oxygen XML Editor, Adobe Experience Manager or similar).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).</li>
<li>Knowledge of standard industry practices in information development and delivery.</li>
<li>Analytical thinking.</li>
<li>Prior to the second interview, applicants are required to provide the contact information of a reference person whom we may contact for professional references.</li>
<li>Székesfehérvár (2 days/week in the office).</li>
