Role and Team
- This position reports to the Assistant General Manager and leads the customer service experience for designated commercial accounts at the auction. You will develop a high-performing team that will exceed expectations. You will maintain a strong understanding of operational and administrative processes for commercial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial account team to ensure maximum production and profitability of our commercial business
- Act as the liaison between the auction and commercial account representatives for vehicle preparation accuracy
- Support operational and administrative processes to move cars through the auction process with a strong understanding of processes, collaboration across the organization and communication internally
- Influence and lead others as a people, customer and business manager
- Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and maximize our technology
- Know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are always followed
- Recruiting, retaining and developing talent
- Develop customer service strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes
- Monitor commercial accounts and work with other teams to ensure compliance with sale plan layouts, corporate requirements and other directives. Advise and assist with corrective procedures, if needed
- Ensure the use of marketing tools on selected customer accounts as instructed
- Participate on sale day; represent vehicles for absentee seller customers and authorize transactions across the block per customer’s instructions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
- Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines
- Proficiency with computer systems and applications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
